HutChu Games Donation Policy

HutChu Games gets a lot of requests for donations from conventions, libraries, etc. For a long time we tried to help all of those who request games, but when that got to be overwhelming we got selective and picked/chose whom we supported. That didn’t seem right either, since we shouldn’t be arbiters of who should receive games.

At the same time, we want to make it affordable to get demo copies of our games into their stores.

Our current policy is to charge 25% of MSRP for any available game, plus shipping, to legitimate organizations or brick and mortar stores. Note that library and store demo copies will be clearly marked as demo copies.
